Provider Notes:	The Branch Family Institute's After the Storm program offers Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Services. The mission of this program is to provide a safe, comfortable, non-threatening and conflict-free environment for children to visit with their non-custodial parent. Intakes are accepted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An intake worker will contact you within 24 hours of the initial call. Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Services are provided on a fee basis. The Branch Family Institute will service clients regardless of their inability to pay. Discounted or sliding fee schedules are available. The goal of the Safe Exchange program is to ensure that a child can visit with the non-custodial parent off the premises without conflict between the two parents. BFI wants to ensure that all participants feel safe when exchanges take place at the center. In order to coordinate and establish an ex-change schedule, an intake interview must also be completed by both parties prior to the visit taking place.
