Provider Notes:	I have a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. I have experience providing supervised visitation. I have car insurance and am willing to transport the child and/or the guardian within the city of Ellensburg in certain situations if needed. I require an intake meeting (via email is acceptable) - prior to starting visitation - with all guardians to ensure a pleasant, smooth and safe experience for all parties. During the intake meeting I will need a copy of the court order for supervised visitation, we will set ground rules for future interactions, and we can establish a short list of visitation options that satisfy the requirements set by the court and are comfortable for all guardians involved.
