| Fountain Consulting Services, Inc. (FCS) has been providing services to at risk children/families for over 16 years in Region 14, and 5 years in Region 13, Brown Co.
FCS has maintained itself as a small company whom prides itself in customizing strength-based collaborative services unique to each respective county. Our experienced consultants specialize in providing a strength based, team approach to home based services to families in need of support.
Our diverse talent allows us to match family need(s) to consultant expertise or by DCS/PO recommendation. FCS believes this pairing is critical to ensure optimal opportunity to meet the needs of the child(ren) and /or family.
FCS is a strong proponent and advocate for strength based services, emotional and life skill building with a focus upon the value of CFTM's and community resourcing. Services provided by FCS have been Home-Based Centered Family Therapy, Home-Based Centered Case Work Services, Visitation Facilitation and Homemaker/Parent Aid.
Currently the bulk of services provided are in Shelby and Bartholomew Co. However, we also have active referrals in Johnson, Jackson, Jennings, and Brown. All current FCS workers were seasoned professionals in the field of human services prior to coming to FCS.
At this time, the FCS providers cumulatively have 60 years of experience working with Fountain. (Ranging from 3 to 16 years.) FCS Clinical supervisor and Program Director has 21 years of experience working with individuals with trauma histories and has a 20 years supervisory background with clinicians and leads from a trauma informed model of supervision.
Eleven (11) of those years have been with FCS. We currently have 5 Home-Based Family Centered Therapists and 4 Home-Based Family Centered Case Workers. Our Home-Based Family Centered Case Workers also act as our Visitation Facilitators. FCS is now, and has been, involved in community collaboration in the best interest of at risk children/families.
These community collaboration efforts include: the Regional Services Council; Project Team; Safe Kids Indiana; the Indiana Summit on Children; the Child and Family Resource Coalition for Shelby County; Gallahue Advisory Board; attendance at IEP/504 meetings; collaboration with community mental health providers; active engagement in the psychological evaluation process and follow up.
FCS is committed to continued building and nurturing relationships within each service community and to the care for safety of the children and families we serve. In doing so, we will keep consistent not only the philosophy and beliefs of FCS, but DCS as well. |
