  • The Child Access Tracking System (CATS) is an online tool that allows supervised visitation providers to quickly and easily log visitation notes in a standard, consistent format. CATS captures all of the typical information you need to create thorough, comprehensive reports for clients, attorneys, evaluators and other interested parties. Most fields are optional so you can skip items as needed.

    CATS session notes can be grouped by family for easy tracking, and the notes and families can be searched to locate a specific entry or report quickly and easily.

    Session notes may be printed whenever you want, and the notes may be emailed to other involved parties (attorneys, evaluators, etc) at the press of a button. CATS is available wherever you are, from any PC with an internet connection. Because it's a web-based tool, we do all of the data backup so you're never in danger of losing your important notes, contacts, or appointment information.

    CATS helps you manage your supervised visitation sessions by providing these familiar, easy-to-use tools:

    Session Logging
    The main part of CATS is the Session Notes module where you record your session information in a secure report keeper. The Session Notes module allows you to track arrival and departure times, the party dropping off as well as picking up the child(ren), the visit location(s), access notes, behavior notes, whether or not access was terminated (with additional reporting notes), and other relevant details. Reports can be printed and/or sent to other involved parties via email at the click of a button.
    Scheduling Calendar
    Easily track appointments, sessions, and meetings with the Calendar tool. This flexible Calendar lets you schedule single sessions as well as different kinds of recurring appointments. You can leave notes in the Calendar and view scheduled information several different ways. Clicking on a day or note lets you "drill down" for more detail.
    Contact List
    Keep all of your important client contact information in one easy-to-use place. Since the Address Book is online it's impossible for you to lose or misplace. The Address Book allows you to list multiple phone numbers and addresses for each contact, plus additional information like email addresses, websites, FAX numbers, organization, job titles, nicknames, and more. You can also store additional notes and miscellaneous information for each contact as well.
    Private Message Center
    You can use the Private Message Center to securely communicate with clients or other people you've given Guest access to. The Private Message Center works like a miniature email system. Your messages stay confidential because they never leave the security of our site. The Private Message Center is also a great means of communication between you and other involved parties such as therapists, attorneys, and mediators.
    File Storage
    The File Storage area is where you can upload pictures, documents, and other files for easy access. For example, you could upload different kinds of forms so they'll always be handy and accessible. You can also give a Guest account the permission to view it and leave notes or respond. You can add comments to each file, and a full file history is kept indicating every time the file is viewed, downloaded, or when comments are added to it by you or a Guest (if you've given them permission to add comments).
    Tasks & Reminders
    Easily keep track of tasks and monitor due dates of items or projects. The Tasks module lets you make notes regarding state and progress of jobs or ongoing sessions. You can also use the Tasks module to create quick reminder notes for miscellaneous bits of information. You can search the Tasks to quickly locate a specific entry.
    Personal Settings
    The Personal Settings section gives you control over the way CATS works for you, giving you complete control over virtually every aspect of CATS, including colors, configurable alerts, passwords, and many other options.
