Provider Notes:	My schedule is flexible, mainly evenings and weekends. Intake by appointment only, with a face to face interview with each parent. I like to encourage consistency for the child and assist the custodial parent and non-custodial parent to work together as a team in order to gain a sense of stability and structure for the child to develop a healthy lifestyle.
