Provider Notes:	Primary responsibilities are to observe, supervise and document parent/child actions, and if necessary intervene/terminate the visit. Parenting education is also provided. Visitation may take place out in the community or in-home (if appropriate). This decision is made on a case by case basis. Guidelines for the visitation are obtained by the court order. If no level of visitation is designated then the guidelines will be followed by attorneys/GAL discretion.
