Provider Notes:	SVEN offers supervised visits and exchanges within 4 sites in the Niagara region and we cover 2 court districts-Niagara North and South. In a group setting, NCYS provides a safe, neutral location for non-custodial parents to spend time with their children while custody and visitation issues are being resolved. Visits are fully supervised by trained staff to ensure children are safe and everyone is comfortable. Staff encourage positive parent / child interaction and will intervene only if required. The Intake Process: Both parties must contact the Program Manager directly and attend separate intake interviews. A copy of the Order is required prior to intakes being set. Upon completion of the intake interview, a decision will be made about your participation in the program.
