| All paperwork must be available in the client file before scheduling can be done, including Court Orders, Family Court Service (FCS) Reports, Domestic Violence (DV) Orders, Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders, Child Protective Services (CPS) Documents, Releases of Information, Proof of Income Information, signed Rules & Guidelines
OTHER FEES/SERVICES: An Intake/Orientation meeting is required for all adult parties, and anyone who will transport children. The cost is $55 per legal party for visits; $30 per legal party for
exchanges; $30 for transport person.
Court reports start at $75 depending on the number of services covered by the report; 50% of the fee is paid by each party. One party may choose to pay all fees. Case account balances must be $0. Rush fee
required if less than 10 business days to produce report.
Supervised Exchanges cost $30 for a complete exchange: $15 for each end of the exchange (transition
from one parent to the other.) Discount for multiple exchanges in same week.
Administrative Fees are charged for early and late arrivals at the rate of $1.00 per minute for all visitation and exchange appointments to strictly enforce arrival and departure procedures to prevent adult contact.
