| Services to separated or divorced families who require a neutral, supervised access or exchange site. Visits arranged between the program and the families. Referrals can originate through a court order, self referral through one of the parents, or through the parent's lawyers. Following contact with program staff, intake interviews are arranged, by appointment. Both the custodial and non-custodial parties participate in the initial interview. Visits and exchanges are supervised by trained volunteers. Supervised access takes place on evenings and weekends. Must have a court order and/or mutually signed agreement before service can commence. If CAS is involved, the file must be closed before service can commence |
