| N.P.C. provides individual, family & couples therapy. I provide therapeutic supervised visitation requested by the court and DSHS Social Workers or private individuals. I have acquired expertise in working with children (birth to 5 years old) who are at high risk for abuse and/or neglect due to parental poverty, trauma, mental illness, or substance abuse issues. We also support parents in learning new parenting skills and resolving old truamas. NPC makes use of a variety of first-rate evidence-based programs, including "Incredible Years" (parent behavior training) and "Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" (TFCBT, for trauma resolution). Other areas my business addresses are children and adults with Anxiety and Impulse control disorders such as Tricholtillomania and other body focused behaviors such as chronic skin picking. Working with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence is a large part of the clientele we service in Yakima. I have several contract workers on call that are highly skilled and trained all have Masters and Bachelors degrees. More information is available upon request. |
