| F.A.I.R.R. ( Facilitated Access to Interactive Restorative Relationships) is a family preservation program of A.N.D.I., Inc., a not-for-profit agency in Indiana.
F.A.I.R.R. is a supportive service designed the help strengthen, support, shape and transform parents' role in the family, either custodial or non-custodial (including incarcerated parents) by providing individual assessments, case management, behavioral management, supervised/restorative visitations/access/exchange arrangements and monitoring parental interaction. This includes parents who have been absent from their child's life and/or who may need professional assistance in establishing non-conflictual, neutral contact with a custodial parent and child.
Goals include improving parenting skills by empowering them to take effective control of their lives and thereby developing increasing healthy, positive, safe involvement in their child's life. Seasoned professionals serve as visitation supervisors, case managers, life, and parent coaches.
