Supervised visitation is arranged by calling our office at 612-824-3369 and requesting the service specifically.
Insurance companies are not paying for visitation services. Relationships,llc offers a sliding fee scale open for discussion:
The rate is $150.00 per hour.
This fee will be discussed during your intake phone call. All services are required to be paid in full at the time of service. Relationships,llc services may be paid for by credit card or cash.
There is a one-time $35.00 Intake fee per parent, in addition to the hourly visitation rate.
Times are based on availability. Please have several options available when you call. Also be prepared to share details regarding the circumstances of the supervised visitation request.
On occasion, Relationships,llc will provide in-home supervised visitation. There is an additional fee of $1.00 per mile round-trip from the office to the location. The $35.00 Intake Fee remains in effect as well. |
