| Family First Visitation Centers primary goal is to provide a safe environment for children to visit with a non-custodial parent.
The program provides for a Facilitator to monitor the visitation to make sure that the child has positive interaction with the visiting parent.
The program also provides for a safe place for parents to drop off and pick up children for visitation exchange or supervised exchange.
The program is specifically designed to supervise visits when one parent has abused the other parent and/or a court ordered Restraining Order is in place.
In these families, both the child and a parent may be in danger. This program tries to provide supervised visitation that is safe for the child and the parent.
In order to participate, clients will first agree to meet with a Visitation Coordinator, and agree to the guidelines set down by the organization. Visitations and exchange fees will be discussed during the the Intake meeting. |
