| Radiance Innovative Services (RIS) is a social service agency that provides family support services and management training.
We know that healthy children are the result of strong families and communities, so we are committed to providing social service managers with tools to enhance their leadership and innovation.

Observational Supervised Visitation Program
This program is designed to encourage contact between a child/youth and their biological parents, relatives, and caretakers in a timely manner.
RIS representatives monitor this contact (termed a “supervised visitation”) and report the outcome to the supervisory parties and social workers on behaviors observed.
Radiance Innovative Services offers programs in In Home Services including In Home Parenting Support, Intensive Family Preservation, Intensive Family Reunification, and Young Mothers Support.
Also Radiance Innovative Services offers Clinical Assessment, Father Inclusive Parenting Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Juvenile Jusitce Case Management Service, Parent Education, Individual Therapeutic Services, 24 Hour Crisis Prevention, Support Staff, Therapeutic Support Staff, Temporary Care Services, and Supervised Visitation. |
