| My Goal is to provide a safe and positive environment for the children!
My service allows the non-custodial parent to have an opportunity for positive contact with the child in a safe, neutral, and stable environment. It also allows the custodial parent the reassurance that the child's physical and emotional safety is being provided. Our role as a professional Monitor is to observe and record the interactions between the child and the parent in an objective and neutral manner which ensures an enjoyable and safe visit in a stress free and relaxing atmosphere for your child. Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Provider is Trustline Approved and has completed Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Laws training as stated in Penal Code Section 11166 and has knowledge of Child Abuse Reporting as a Child Visitation Monitor per Section 11165.15 of the Penal Code. Provider is a Trained Professional Child Visitation Provider offering off site supervised or monitored visitation and "exchange-only" services under California Rules of Court, Standard. 5.20.
OFF SITE MONITORING:
At various locations (Sporting events, parks, zoo, amusement parks, restaurants, bowling centers, etc). *Visits may take place in any location that is agreed upon by all parties.
TELEPHONE MONITORING:
Monitoring of phone conversations between the child and non-custodial parent during authorized telephone calls.
Monitored Exchanges Only:
Monitoring of the "exchange" only with the child and the custodial parent "to" the non-custodial parent for the purpose of a non-supervised visit with child. |
