The Clear Path Center provides community-based treatment options for adolescents and their families. We focus on a system of care approach that blends evidence-based programming to meet the complex needs of our clients.
Our staff encompasses a multi-disciplinary team of professional social workers, clinical addiction counselors, educational administrators and juvenile justice consultants committed to serving adolescents and families.
Since 2007, our organization has created and reviewed programs to meet the needs of disadvantaged families. We have experience consulting with state and federal governments including the Department of Justice Office of Juvenile Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), the Department of Child Services and the Department of Health and Human Services to better serve the at-risk. Today, we have evolved to offer direct care services with compassion, integrity and excellence to one client at a time. |
