Intake Procedure:	Intake appointment will be scheduled prior to beginning services
Provider Notes:	We work with private families and local government agencies to provide court ordered and non-court ordered visitation. Fees for visitation are based on the services being requested by the family or court order and whether transportation will be provided. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee that is due at the intake appointment. Fees for private pay are required prior to each visit. Visitation is available 7 days a week. A sliding scale fee is available for families whose income is below 150% of the federal poverty guideline and meet other eligibility criteria. A copy of the most recent court custody order must be provided at intake. The current service area is Monmouth, Ocean and Mercer County, (New Jersey)
