Sufficient challenges in life tend to make a person compassionate, understanding, patient and a good listener. Life has offered me many challenges, which has given me a soft heart for children.
Having raised five of my own children, all of whom - like myself - ended up in a broken home, I do understand how difficult childhood and parenting can be when dealing with toxic relationships and broken families.
It is hard enough growing up in a very uncertain world.
How much harder it is for children who come from homes that have experienced the trauma of conflict, abuse, alcoholism, abandonment and parental divorce.
I am here to help these children feel safe with their absent parent. Your child's welfare is my concern. A safe child will grow to become a safe and secure adult.
