| My objective is to survey the developmental atmosphere of the visit for your child or children in-turn facilitating your developmentally productive parental relationship.
An intake questionnaire consisting of case pertinent information will be conducted prior to the visit.
All relevant activities will be surveyed, documented and provided upon request for Family Court, Attorneys, Court Appointed Interventionist or other Parent/Guardian.

Parent Aide Supervisor; Terros Phoenix, Arizona 3/2014-1/2016, Supervise Parent Aides educating parents involved with Department of Child Safety on effective parenting, collect and record productivity data, and coordinate care with other departments and agencies.
