| My objective is to provide a SAFE and SECURE, happy and friendly visit for the child(ren) with the non-custodial parent. I am committed to ensure the child(ren) feel safe and to be free from harm. I provide an affordable service as a Professional Monitor with neutrality and integrity.
As a Professional Supervised Child Visitation Monitor, I will supervise/monitor an off-site visitation with the children and the non-custodial parent under California Rules of Court 5.20.
A visitation can take place at various off-site locations agreed upon by ALL parties (parents, caretakers/guardians and monitor). Examples of some off-site visits could be sporting events, zoos, parks, restaurants, after school activities, arts & craft facilities, etc.) |
