Focus on a safe, calm environment within an unbiased setting for visits that practice the importance of maintaining a relationship between children and both parents.
SERVICE AREAS
In-Person Service Areas ~ Visitations may occur in San Luis, Santa Barbara and Monterey counties. Local service area is San Luis Obispo county, and includes: Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cambria, Avila, Templeton, San Simeon, Santa Margarita, Pismo and Shell Beach.
* No Travel Fee the first 10 miles
* Exchange Only clients limited to Atascadero/Templeton
Off/On Site Visitations ~ Visits can take place in parks, libraries, restaurants, malls, and on a limited bases, non custodial parent's home. Visits must be set in a location that does not pose a threat to safety and security of any parties.
Telephone/Web monitoring ~ Virtual Supervised monitoring of phone or Skype/Web conferences between child and Non Custodial Parent (NCP) as covered in Court Order.
