Provider Notes:	For the Love of a Child Supervised Visitation and Exchange was founded with children in mind. Our founder has 19 years experience with supervised visitation. Safety is our number one priority. Our facility is secure. We take every safety precaution possible to ensure the safety of everyone. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our safety policy. We offer supervised visitation and monitored exchanges. An intake evaluation is required prior to visitations being scheduled. Evaluations are completed by a licensed therapist. The cost is $200. Supervised visitation cost is $60 per hour. (The "hour" includes the early arrival and late departure of the other parent.) Monitored exchanges are $15 per parent/per exchange. Please call for available times/dates.
