| T.L.C. Supervised Visitation advocates for the general welfare of children and parents rights.
We provide an unbiased neutral third party to observe parent-child interaction and ensure the safety and security of minors during visitation. Our providers are trained, experienced, certified and ready to work with you!
Supervised Visitation is the contact between a noncustodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person to ensure the safety and security of the children.
Monitors will enforce court orders and provide a comfortable environment for the child during visit. This allows children to anticipate visits without stress or worry and enjoy themselves in a safe environment.
INTAKE INTERVIEW- We conduct separate interviews with both the custodial and noncustodial parent. During the interview we will provide information on the visitation process, discuss the do's and don'ts, review the nature of the case and sign agreements.
OFF-SITE VISITATION- Visitation between non-custodial parent and children with a neutral third party present. Dependent upon court order, off-site visitation can take place at a variety of places (parks, libraries, small community events, parks, restaurants, non-custodial residence, malls, etc.).
OVERNIGHT VISITATION- Visitation at your home or different location dependent upon court order.
TELEPHONE/SKYPE VISITATION- Courts may allow monitored phone/Skype visitation. We provide a neutral third party to monitor the line during visitation.
MONITORED EXCHANGES- The transfer of children from one parent to another with a neutral third party present. Our monitor will ensure a safe and unstressed exchange.
COURT REPORTS- Detailed records will be taken during visitation. Reports will be generated by the request of a parent, attorney, or court. |
