| Our Supervised Visitation and Exchange-only services are designed to ensure that a child can visit with the absent parent in a safe conflict-free environment in the presence of a neutral third party.
Services are provided with integrity, professionalism, dignity, and respect. Providers are trained as required by the State of California Rules of Court Standards 5.20. Providers are Child Abuse Mandated Reporters. Providers maintain Professional Liability Insurance.
OFF-SITE MONITORING: 2-HOUR MINIMUM. Visits can be at various locations (parks, libraries, small community events, parks, restaurants, non-custodial residence, malls, etc.).
*Visits may take place in any location that does NOT pose a threat to safety & security and which is agreed upon by both parents.
TELEPHONE/VIDEO MONITORING: Monitoring of phone or Skype conversations between the child and non-custodial parent during court-ordered telephonic calls.
DECLARATIONS: available upon request (fee does apply).
COURT REPORTS: available upon request (fee does apply).
COURT APPEARANCES: available upon request (fee does apply).
TRANSPORTATION OF MINOR CHILDREN: available and/or arranged per Court Order. |
