Being a State of California Professional Monitor is not a responsibility which is taken lightly.
Every visit facilitated by us makes sure your children's safety, security and welfare is protected in a protective environment.
Our goal is to allow for a forum in which the non-custodial parent and minor children have a positive experience while following the California Rules of Court.
All our Monitors are fully trained in the California Rules of Court 5.20 Monitoring Standards of Practice, Family Code 3200.5, Documentation, Child Development, Divorce and Separation, Terminating and Suspending Visitations, Domestic Violence, Cultural Diversity, Substance Abuse, and Sexual Abuse Training.
Additionally, all Monitors are Certified with the minimum number of hours required by the State of California. Additionally, a Department of Justice Clearance has been secured by all Monitors. |
