| Loves Supervised Visitations has been working with families for over 10 years. While we have seen a variety of circumstances, we have always maintained that compassion and respect provides an ideal safe setting for the child.
Our child visit supervising service begins with setting up an intake appointment. During the intake, we gather the necessary information for court requirements and safety requirements for the child. We also share with you our policies and procedures to ensure each party involved understands and is assured of our process and service.
During supervised visitations, we observe both the child and the parent. We always strive to ensure the childs safety.
Additionally, should either parent need assistance in other areas, our professional provider can be of assistance be it with anger management classes, domestic violence classes, or recovery from substance use our professional provider can help with sessions separate from the child visitations.
Further, our professional providers are trained in the California Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation (Standard 5.20 of the California Standards of Judicial Administration) and Assembly Bill 1674 including: concepts of supervised visitation, family dynamics, child development, domestic violence, child abuse, standards of practice, documentation, laws and penal codes.
Additionally, our professional providers are Mandated Reporters in accordance with Penal Code Section 11165.7 and have received training in child abuse identification and child abuse reporting. |
