Intake Procedure:	I meet with parents (separately) and the children before starting supervised parenting time. The total cost of the intake process is $200.
Provider Notes:	Putting Kids First provides child centered supervision with a focus on their physical and emotional well-being. I offer support to children, so they feel safe and comfortable through the process. I can provide parent coaching and basic information about different systems touching a family's life. I have 25 years of experience working with families when safety concerns are raised for children and those experiencing high conflict. Past experiences include working for child welfare, as a mediator and custody evaluator. I have worked as a parent supervisor for 10 years, including time overseeing a supervised parenting time program for Multnomah County called Safety First. That program specialized in serving families impacted by domestic violence. I believe it is important for children to have safe and healthy relationships with their parents. Children should have opportunities to spend time with a parent, as long as they can be safe with that parent even if concerns have been raised. I also believe parents should be supported through the process and I offer that support to the extent it is requested.
