| On Neutral Ground, LLC is a collective team of trained personnel who provide supervision services for children involved in families of a variety of issueswho spend time with children, supervise the interactions between the child and non-custodial parents/guardians, and provide factual, non-biased documentation of said services.
Glenda Faus, Founding Owner and Director, began her journey in human services as a Psychiatric Assistant. Upon completion of her masters degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Ms. Faus continued as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, specializing in Adventure-Based Counseling, Child/Adolescent treatment including Family Interactive Therapy in Pennsylvania. Ms. Faus moved to Colorado in 1997 and continued providing services to families and children through Boulder County Mental Health Services.
In 2001, Ms. Faus became the first Executive Director of Children First of the Rockies (formally St. Vrain Family Center) in Longmont, CO. With the support of Chief Judge Roxanne Bailin, Ms. Faus and the agency established SAFE Services, a supervised visitation and exchange program.
After some time away from the non-profit world, owning several other for-profit businesses, Ms. Faus returned to providing supervision services in June 2019 as a private practitioner. In November 2021, Ms. Faus made the decision to expand and build a team to meet the growing needs of services in Boulder County and surrounding counties along the Front Range. |
