Intake Procedure:	Intake notes will cover all necessary information need for both the custodial and non-custodial parent. You will have the do's & dont's of th visit. What will be documented, expectations of parents, during and after the visit.
Provider Notes:	Here to provide services for the non-custodial parent so the parent may see their child(ren) when a court order is present. It will be for the safety of the child(ren), which the utmost important part in these situations. I will follow the policies and procedures that are set forth and expect the parents to do the same, the custodial and non-custodial parent. Being able to reunite a parent(s) with their child(ren) is the most important part of a family becoming a family again. I look forward to help a family reunite into one whole family.
