| Visitation between a child and the non-custodial parent may be ordered through the Court when a child's safety and well-being require that visitation be supervised by another adult, or a professional agency.
Visitation allows for the non-custodial parent to maintain a parent-child relationship. Visitation services are provided in the community, such as a park or museum, and if safe, appropriate, and /or approved, in the child's residence.
Prior to visitation, I will meet with and assess each parent, as well as each child's individual concerns and needs. |
