Provider Notes:	My experience as follows; 6 years working for the State of Oregon as a Social Service Assistant doing visitations and working closely with Social Workers, lawyers, and trusted advocates for children. 3 years experience working for Catholic Community Services conducting visitations and behavior management for youth working closely with their youth counselors and therapists. 16 combined years as a foster care provider in both Oregon and Washington state. 2 years as a foster parent recruiter. Currently doing supervised visitations for an agency in Cowlitz county, and I've been a subcontractor with this company since January 2021.
