| New You Family Services offers to all our parents a wide array of visitation and education options. We are a coaching visit company.
While we supervise, we also coach parents through times they need guidance. In addition to visit coaching, each parent receives a parent education binder. NYFS, supports Love and Logic parent education, and each parent is provided classes structured around the Love and Logic concepts and teachings.
NYFS, uses a stair step method of graduation and reward. When a parent displays consistency and stability, their visit times are increased in a stair step format, in accordance with court approval.
This method gives the parent and the supervisor time to learn what each parent is most successful at and where they may need additional coaching.
NYFS, also provides visitation in the home or the community.
We believe that a family will behave more naturally in a natural environment. However, the protection of the child is our foremost concern.
Therefore, we have on staff security that are fully prepared should the need arise.
The purpose of supervised visitation is to provide a place for children to feel safe when visiting with their parents and caregivers.
New You Family Services provides a safe and neutral setting that seeks to treat all parties with equal respect based on what is in the best interests of children.
Our intake process gives you the opportunity to share your story and any concerns, so that we may provide the most appropriate services.
The information we ask for is to better help us understand your situation so that we may assist you and your children to feel safe and comfortable.
Please know that all personal information is kept in your records and not shared with any other 3rd party or agency.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
Our primary concern are the children. We believe children have a right to a safe and healthy relationship with their parents. To provide such an environment, guidelines and boundaries for participation needs to exist. |
