- Provides services in compliance with the standards of practice, including duties and obligations, for providers of supervised visitation under Standard 5.20 Uniform standards of practice for providers of supervised visitation.
- Completed the requirements under Family Code section 3200.5
- Trained in Child Abuse Reporting as Mandated by Section 11166 of the California Penal Code
- Trust-line verified (California Background check for providers)
- A Signed Declaration of Supervised Visitation Provider (form FL-324) stating that all requirements to be a professional provider have been met
