| The Supervised Visitation: Parenting Time Program (PTP) at Hart Health & Wellness Agency offers support to parents and children who require supervised visitation.
Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy parenting time experience for children and families. We provide a friendly climate of enhanced cooperation and trust and help children enjoy spending time with loved ones!
Spencer Williams, Supervisor and Lead Monitor has more than 10 years of experience as a supervised monitor prior to joining The Hart and Wellness agency.
Our team will help you:
Navigate your parenting time needs and plan a stable, healthy supervised visit
Complete Parenting Time Program Orientation and Screening
Schedule visits
Complete supervised exchanges
Our services include:
Intake Interview and program enrollment: $30 per parent
Supervised individual visits (Agency location or Community based): $40-$70 per hour. Rate depends on location and income of non-custodial parent. An additional $10 per hour is added for each additional child included in the visit. The hourly rate is doubled for a scheduled visit on a holiday.
Supervised exchanges: $40 Payments can be made with credit/debit, cashier's check, money order, or money app. All payments must be made and verified complete at least one business day before the scheduled supervised visit.
The Hart Agency reserves the right to refuse service, reject or cancel any case that we cannot safely supervise. We will notify all appropriate parties of the reason for rejection or cancellation.
