Provider Notes:	HCS has been serving youth and families in Arizona since 1986. Our Supervised Visitation Program started in 2014. The purpose of our program is to allow children to have meaningful contact with a parent in a safe, structured environment, and assist the parent and child to maintain their relationship. HCS provides a neutral setting that seeks to treat all parties with equal respect for the best interests of children.
