| Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange Fees and Services
Service Overview:
Passion 2 Succeed program offers supervised visitation and safe exchange services designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and stability of children involved in high-conflict family situations.
We provide a neutral, secure environment for visits between children and noncustodial parents, as well as safe exchanges to reduce conflict and ensure a smooth transition of custody.
With over 10 years of experience, our trained staff uses effective methods to facilitate healthy interactions between children and parents while maintaining a focus on safety.
Our services aim to support families in navigating difficult circumstances while adhering to court orders and legal requirements.
One-Time Fees:
Setup Fee: $50
A one-time administration fee is required to coordinate the parties and the program. This fee is typically paid by the party receiving the children unless otherwise agreed by the parties or ordered by the court.
Orientation Fees:
Parents (Custodial & Noncustodial): $100 per person.
Both parents must attend an orientation, and each will pay their own fee unless otherwise ordered by the court. Payment is due at the time of scheduling.
Children:
Children aged 6 months to 10 years old must attend an orientation at a cost of $30 per child. Children aged 10 years and older will be charged $30 per child as well. Typically, the parties will share the cost equally unless otherwise ordered by the court.
Cancellation Policy/Fees:
Late Cancellation: If a party cancels less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit, the canceling party must pay for the visit. This is to cover the costs of staff coordination, as preparations are made in advance.
Document Requests:
Request for Records: $100
If either party requests records by subpoena, discovery request, or other means, a processing fee of $100 will be charged to cover copying and staff time.
Testimony Fees:
Staff Testimony: $100 per hour
If a staff member is required to appear in court or at a deposition as a witness, the fee is $100 per hour. A $500 retainer is required at least 48 hours in advance to cover the costs of preparing for and attending the court proceeding.
Recurring Fees:
Supervised Visitation:
$70 per hour, with a minimum of two hours. Payment is due at the time of scheduling and must be paid at least one week in advance to ensure coverage.
Safe Exchange:
$30 per exchange. Payment is due at the time of scheduling and must be paid at least one week in advance to ensure coverage.
Methods and Restrictions:
Our supervised visitation program follows strict protocols to ensure safety and well-being:
- Observation: All visits are closely monitored by trained staff. Observations are made to ensure the safety of the child and that the visit is appropriate.
- Neutral Setting: Supervised visits are held in a neutral, child-friendly environment that fosters positive interactions.
- Behavioral Monitoring: We monitor for any behaviors or actions that may pose a risk to the childs safety or emotional well-being.
- Restrictions: Visits may be restricted or modified based on court orders, safety concerns, or the needs of the child. Restrictions may include limiting the type of activities during visits, prohibiting certain individuals from being present, or limiting contact in cases of abuse or high conflict.
These fees and services are designed to ensure that all parties involved receive professional, supportive, and safe services, whether through supervised visitations or safe exchanges. We are committed to helping families navigate difficult situations with care and respect for all involved. |
