About the Founder
With over 12 years of experience in supervised visitation, my journey began at Penny Lane as a group home supervisor in North Hills, CA. I later served at Phoenix House Lakeview Terrace as a counselor, supervising parent-child visits. My role also extended to working with DCFS as a foster mother, where I facilitated monitored visits.
Inspired by my experience and passion for supporting families, I launched It's a New Day Monitoring Services, where we prioritize safety, consistency, and compassion for every child and family we serve.
