| Reunify Foundations is a community-based program dedicated to supporting children and families through supervised parenting time, safe exchanges, and family reunification services.
All services are provided by trained and trauma-informed staff, with the primary focus on the safety, emotional well-being, and dignity of every child and parent. Fees are determined using an income-based sliding fee scale to ensure accessibility for all families.
Services are offered by appointment only. Day, evening, and weekend appointments are available to accommodate a variety of schedules. Off-site visits may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the childs best interest and safety planning.
To begin services, both parents must complete an intake interview. After both intakes are complete, a customized parenting time schedule will be arranged. For more information or to schedule an intake, please contact us directly.
