Intake Procedure:	No transportation of children. I charge a fee for each parent for the intake and for a copy of my visitation notes.
Provider Notes:	I've been employed at the MA Department of Children & Families/DCF for over 28 years and I spent ten years as a DCF worker working directly with families. I completed home visits and conducted supervised visits in the office and community. For the past 18 years, I've worked as a DCF case reviewer and I conduct a foster care review meeting with DCF, family members, attorneys and providers. I also serve as an unbiased member of the review panel. I write a detailed report of the meeting which is part of the family's case record including the legal record.
