| Bridges & Roots Family Services is a Northern Colorado family support organization dedicated to helping families build connection, stability, and success.
We provide supervised and monitored family time visits, safe exchanges, co-parenting education, nurturing parenting classes, and court documentation services designed to support healthy parent-child relationships and successful family transitions.
Our services are available to families involved in custody matters, reunification efforts, child welfare cases, blended family transitions, and other situations where additional support can help strengthen family connections.
Co-parenting and nurturing parenting classes are offered online by certified instructors and include certificates of completion. Family time services are provided by trained professionals who complete background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, mandatory reporter training, and ongoing professional development.
Bridges & Roots is led by Dr. Lasha Seaman Crowell, Ed.D., who brings more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, family engagement, and community support.
With a Doctorate in Organizational Transformation and Education, extensive experience working with diverse families, and personal experience as a mother and foster parent, Lasha combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of the challenges families face.
Her work has focused on strengthening relationships, supporting positive communication, navigating life transitions, and helping children and families thrive.
