| I provide a safe, neutral, child-focused environment where a parent can spend time with their child while you remain present and observe the interaction.
A supervisor is not there to take sides or determine who is the better parent. Their responsibility is to monitor the visit, follow the established visitation rules, and keep the childs safety and well-being at the center of the process.
Your services can include:
* Court-Ordered Supervised Visitation: You supervise visits when a court requires parenting time to take place in the presence of an approved or appropriate third party.
* Private Supervised Visitation: Parents or attorneys can arrange supervision voluntarily, even when it isnt specifically court ordered.
* Supervised Exchanges: You oversee the transfer of the child from one parent to another, helping parents avoid direct contact when necessary.
* Community Visits: Visits can potentially occur in appropriate public settings such as parks, libraries, restaurants, or other approved locations, depending on the familys agreement or court order.
* Objective Documentation: You record important factual information such as arrival/departure times, attendance, interactions, rule violations, interruptions, and significant incidentswithout adding personal opinions.
* Observation/Visit Reports: When appropriate and permitted, you can prepare professional reports for parents, attorneys, agencies, or the court.
* Flexible Scheduling & Travel: You can offer evenings, weekends, and travel to approved visitation locations. |
