Julia Brice has been a social worker and human service provider since 1986. She has worked through community, government, private non profits as a child protective worker, battered women's advocate, preschool teacher, parenting instructor.
Ms Brice began her training in visitation through VISTA program Reunite where she won numerous awards. In 1994 after being featured in the BOSTON GLOBE for her work in the field of supervised visitation, she co-founded Children's Supervised Visitations a nonprofit state funded center in Marlboro.
As executive director she managed thousands of safe supervised visitation, and oversaw the graduate student internship program mentoring future visitation specialists.
CSV led to the development of the Massachusetts Coalition of Supervised Visitation. As a co founder and board member she worked with Chief Justice Sean Dunphy to establish practice standards for visitation supervisors.
Now after 20 years Ms. Brice is working in the private sector providing off-site visitation, parent instruction , professional training, and lectures for visitation. Ms Brice is often called upon by the courts to handle high conflict cases and parent alienation cases.
Ms Brice also provides parent coordinating services, accompanying visitation for reunification/ parenting support/ parent access, parent coaching.
