Fees: A one-time $20 application fee is required to be submitted with a completed application. Parties who apply for enforcement services are exempt from paying the $60 fee for parenting classes. Non-enforcement program parties who are simply wishing to attend parenting classes are required to pay an up front $60 fee.

Eligibility: Any non-custodial parent that has rights under a Travis County visitation order. Generally, the custodial parent and the child(ren) must be residents of Travis County or any contiguous county. Non-custodial parents regardless of what county they live in are expected to attend all required parenting classes, any pre-filing settlement conference, any pre-trial conference, and any court setting.
